Sometimes it’s hard to envision how a variegated yarn will look knit up while it’s still in the skein. And sometimes it’s nice to take a sock yarn and make something other than socks. To showcase Go Pittsburgh!, a colorway of Serenity 20 made exclusively for us by Zen Yarn Garden, I knit a Simple Things Shawlette. Available as a Ravelry In-Store Pattern purchase, Simple Things is that perfect knit for watching Monday night football with basic stockinette spiced up with a few garter eyelet rows. The cashmere in the Serenity 20 makes it wonderfully soft and delightful to knit.
I am a Packers fan but this is really cool and I would love to have Packers colors to make this!
