• All classes must be registered at least 48 hours in advance. Class Fees are non-refundable, and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
• If you cannot make a class, call us and we can move you to a different class by the same teacher. No-show/no-calls will not be rescheduled and forfeit the class fee.
• Classes start promptly, so please be on time, early is preferred.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late you forfeit your place in class and your fees, unless you call and make other arrangements in advance.
• Class hours are scheduled for the maximum number of students. If the class is not full, it may be dismissed earlier.
• Cell phones and pagers are disruptive to our instructors and to other students. Turn off your cell phones and pagers.
• If Natural Stitches cancels the class for any reason, we will refund your class fee or reschedule your class.
• Instruction costs do not include materials, but class materials are discounted 10% if you purchase them at Natural Stitches.
• Please ask for the materials list and pre-class assignment when you reserve your spot.
